We could all do with a friend or companion to help us through the challenges of daily life. Maybe they don't have to be real?
Friends Familiar encourages you to use your imagination to shape a magical companion, much like a familiar you may see with a wizard or witch in stories and games.
Use the tables to crate your familiar - its appearance, personality and, perhaps most importantly, the effect this magical creature has on you.
Write a journal about them and the effect they are having on your day.
